Hamilton Place's The Studio is set to host a knock out double feature later this month with Irish Canadian singer Emm Gryner and Toronto singer-songwriter Royal Wood.

While both signed on Gryner's self made record label, Dead Daisy Records, the two artists have two very different styles of music which is sure to please the crowd.

Gryner is fresh off her new album release earlier this year called Goddess. The record only took about four months to put together and release. Gryner calls Goddess her more personal album.

They started together in high school as High Voltage, playing hard and battling out the bands. Their first big performance was played at Gage Park, for the Y108 Rock and Roll picnic. Once they got a taste of the real deal it was a race from there.

Their true talent and great ambition has brought them to who they are known as today, Dean Lickyer. These Hamilton boys have made a big name for themselves; playing shows anywhere and everywhere in and out of Hamilton. Their performance has only increased with each show, bringing energy and giving a rush to their crowd.
